Uncooked skinless wild salmon fillet

Fresh parsley

Instructions

Place bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place into a cold oven. Preheat the oven to 375 oF and allow the bacon to cook for 20 minutes

Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, and lemon juice. Arrange salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with sauce and bake at 375 oF for 20 min.

Remove bacon from the oven, cool slightly, then chop finely.

Remove salmon. Top with chopped bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
