Unpacked brown sugar
Fresh lemon juice
Uncooked skinless wild salmon fillet

- Place bacon on a parchment-lined baking sheet and place into a cold oven. Preheat the oven to 375 oF and allow the bacon to cook for 20 minutes
- Combine maple syrup, brown sugar, soy sauce, salt, pepper, mustard, and lemon juice. Arrange salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with sauce and bake at 375 oF for 20 min.
- Remove bacon from the oven, cool slightly, then chop finely.
- Remove salmon. Top with chopped bacon and garnish with fresh parsley.
