Ingredients

Uncooked chicken drumstick, skinless with bone

Avocado oil

1 tbsp(s)

Smoked paprika

2 tsp(s)

Dried oregano

1 tsp(s)

Cayenne pepper

½ tsp(s)

Ground cumin

½ tsp(s)

Kosher salt

½ tsp(s)

Black pepper

½ tsp(s)

Dried parsley

½ tsp(s), optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (or the oven to 420°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, oil, smoked paprika, oregano, cayenne, cumin, salt, black pepper, and parsley (if using). Rub seasonings into chicken parts. Let stand for 15 to 20 minutes (or cover and refrigerate overnight).
  3. Add drumsticks to air fryer basket and cook 12 to 15 minutes, until cooked through. Alternatively, arrange in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet and roast 16 to 20 minutes, until cooked through.
  4. Serving size: 2 drumsticks
