This fun, easy-to-pull-together recipe is a bowl version of the beloved bagel and lox breakfast. A base of Greek yogurt mixed with whipped cream cheese is topped with lox and all the fixings—including bagel chips. If you happen to have some of our Two-Ingredient-Dough Bagels on hand, you can slice and toast them in place of store-bought bagel chips. This recipe makes one serving but is easy to scale up as needed; you can set out all the components and let folks build their own bowls.
