Air fryer buffalo cauliflower by Chef Tyler
1 head(s), medium, cut into florets
Plain unsweetened almond milk
½ cup(s), (or soy milk or regular milk)
White all-purpose flour
- In large mixing bowl combine the milk and the water. In another large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and whisk together.
- Add the dry ingredients into the bowl of the wet ingredients and whisk until you have a smooth batter. Add 1/2 of the cauliflower florets and turn to coat the pieces completely. Transfer to a wire rack or colander to let any excess batter drip off.
- Add the battered cauliflower to the basket of the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 15 minutes. Repeat with the remaining cauliflower once the first batch is done cooking.
- Prepare the sauce while the cauliflower is cooking. In a small pan, melt the butter, hot sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil and quickly remove pan from the heat. Toss the cauliflower with the sauce in a large bowl to coat.
