Ingredients

Brussels sprouts

1 pound(s), halved, or quartered if large

Olive oil

1 tbsp(s)

Table salt

¼ tsp(s)

Black pepper

¼ tsp(s)

Balsamic vinegar

2 tbsp(s)

Honey

2 tbsp(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F). Cut 450 g (1 lb) Brussels sprouts in half (or into quarters if large). In a medium bowl, toss the sprouts, 15 ml (1 Tbsp) olive oil, and 1 ml (1⁄4 tsp) each salt and black pepper to coat. Transfer to the air-fryer basket. Cook the sprouts in the air fryer, shaking the basket halfway through cooking, until crispy and browned, about 15 minutes. In the same bowl, add 30 ml (2 Tbsp) each balsamic vinegar and honey and whisk to combine. Return the sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
  2. Oven Directions: Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). On a sheet pan, toss the Brussels sprouts, oil, salt, and black pepper and spread out into an even layer. Roast until the sprouts are tender and charred in spots, about 15 minutes. In a medium bowl, whisk the vinegar and honey. Add the sprouts and toss to coat.
  3. Per serving: about 125 mL (½ cup)
