Tofu BBQ Burger

diet Italian salad dressing (2 calories per tbs)
Slice tofu into 1/4-inch pieces and marinate in barbecue sauce. Heat oil in nonstick skillet. Sauté onions until tender and add tofu. Heat through and remove from heat. Top roll with lettuce, tomato and tofu. Enjoy with salad.
