Notes

Combine teriyaki sauce, sesame dressing and ginger together in a cup. Coat both sides of salmon with teriyaki mixture; set salmon aside at room temperature for 30 minutes or in refrigerator for 1 hour. Preheat broiler. Place salmon on a broiler rack or in a baking pan, and broil 4 inches from heat until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side; sprinkle with chives. (INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: Substitute other fatty fish, such as tuna steaks, for the salmon if you prefer.)
