Notes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Heat oil in nonstick pan. Sauté peppers and onions until tender. Place chicken, peppers and onions down center of tortilla. Top with half of salsa and cheese. Roll tortilla and place seam-side down on baking sheet. Bake until crispy. Serve with vegetable sticks and remaining salsa.
