Notes

Coat a skillet with cooking spray. Beat egg in a small bowl and stir in ground round and tomato. Pour egg mixture into skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring to scramble, until egg is set and ground round and tomato are hot, about 3 minutes. (INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: Add a bit of spice by using 1/4 cup of hot salsa in this recipe instead of the tomato.)
