Preheat broiler. Drizzle chicken with lemon juice and dill. Broil until chicken is no longer pink. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Sauté garlic, broccoli and cauliflower until tender. Season to taste. Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
