Combine mushrooms, zucchini, tomato sauce and soy burger in a small skillet. Simmer for 5 minutes to heat and blend flavours; sprinkle with basil. (TIME-SAVER TIP: For an even quicker-cooking meal, just simmer the soy burger with 1 1/2 cups of canned diced tomatoes with basil and omit the rest of the ingredients.)
