Notes

Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray potato slices with cooking spray and sprinkle with thyme. Season to taste. Bake on a nonstick baking sheet in a single layer, about 30 minutes, turning once. Cook chicken patty according to directions and top with cheese. Serve with chips dipped in ketchup, asparagus and salad tossed with dressing.
