Chilli tuna slaw

Ingredients
Frozen corn
½ cup(s), (80g)
Cos lettuce
1 baby, leaves shredded
Red cabbage
1 cup(s), shredded
Cherry tomatoes
100 g, halved
Red capsicum
½ medium, thinly sliced
Red radish
2 large, cut into matchsticks
Fresh coriander
2 tbs, chopped
Tuna, canned in springwater, drained
185 g
Lime juice
1 tbs
Reduced salt soy sauce
2 tsp
Sesame oil
1 tsp
Fresh red chilli
1 whole, deseeded, finely chopped
Instructions

Place corn in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 2 minutes, then drain. Refresh under cold running water. Drain.

Combine corn, cos, cabbage, tomato, capsicum, radish, coriander and tuna in a large bowl.

Whisk lime juice, soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli in a small bowl. Add dressing to salad and toss to combine.
