Arrange 1 peach (cut into wedges), 2 cups mixed leaves, 1 cup canned butter beans (drained, rinsed), 4 slices prosciutto (fat trimmed, torn), ½ Lebanese cucumber (sliced). Drizzle with 1 tbs balsamic vinegar and 1 tsp olive oil and season.
