Ingredients: 150 g Firm tofu cut into 2cm cubes; 0.25 cup(s) Teriyaki sauce; 0.5 bunch(es) Chinese broccoli (gai lan) Chinese broccoli, chopped; 4 individual Baby corn; 50 g Sugar snap peas; 1 tsp sesame oil; 0.5 cup(s) Cooked brown rice

Notes

Coat tofu in teriyaki marinade. Thread onto a skewer and grill until heated. Steam gai lan, baby corn and sugar snap peas. Drizzle with sesame oil. Serve tofu with vegetables and brown rice.
