Ingredients

Quick oats

cup(s), (30g)

Banana

1 medium, ripe, mashed

Ground cinnamon

1 pinch

Egg(s)

1 medium

Fresh dates

2 individual, pitted, chopped

Fresh strawberries

¼ cup(s), (35g) sliced, to serve

Instructions

  1. Place oats, banana, cinnamon, egg and dates in a 410ml-capacity microwave safe mug and stir to combine. Clean inside rim of mug with paper towel. Microwave, uncovered, on High (100%) for 90 seconds or until top is just firm. Serve with strawberries

SWAP IT: You can replace strawberries with fresh blueberries or raspberries, or thawed frozen berries.
