1 medium, ripe, mashed
⅛ tsp, (pinch)
2 individual, pitted, chopped
¼ cup(s), (30g) sliced, to serve
- Place oats, banana, cinnamon, egg and dates in a 410 ml microwave-safe mug and stir to combine.
- Clean inside rim of mug with paper towel. Microwave, uncovered, on High (100%) for 90 seconds or until top is just firm. Serve with strawberries
