Notes

Heat a wok over high heat. Lightly spray with oil. Add garlic, ginger and prawns and stir-fry until prawns curl and change colour. Transfer to a plate. Add snowpeas, asparagus, mushrooms, oyster and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Add prawns and reheat. Serve over rice.
