120 g, fat trimmed (Buy 150g)

Dijon mustard

Microwave 200g orange sweet potato (kumara) (thickly sliced) on HIGH (100%) for 2-3 minutes. Toss with ½ tsp olive oil. Cook on a hot chargrill pan for 3-4 minutes each side or until tender and lightly charred. Rub 150g lean rump steak (fat trimmed) with ½ tsp olive oil and 2 tsp Dijon mustard. Season. Cook on same chargrill pan for 1 minute each side. Serve steak with sweet potato, steamed asparagus and ½ cup green peas (warmed).
