Rub Moroccan seasoning over lamb chop. Grill over a medium heat. Mix together cooked couscous, baby rocket leaves, pistachios, semi–dried tomatoes, capsicum, cucumber, coriander, lemon juice and olive oil. Serve lamb sliced over couscous.
