We're a brand that cares deeply about social connections and community. That's why we want to focus on what we do best and what our members value most about us: support for one another, accountability, and a sense of community.
In the coming months, we intend to focus 100% on a simplified member experience in the app and workshops, thereby strengthening our core strength as a technology company and the world's leading weight management program.
For this reason we have decided to discontinue the sale of our products in our online shop and in the workshops.
With this decision, we are even more focused on what best supports our members on their weight loss journey: a true-to-life and uncomplicated program that focuses on community, connection and sustainable results.

WeightWatchers is adapting its offering with a clear focus on a simplified experience for members. Our goal is to develop a journey around our app and workshops to give our members the most effective tools to achieve their goals. This is exactly where we can best support our members and we want to use all our strength to do so. For this reason we have decided not to continue selling WW products.
We will stop selling through our online shop and through our workshops June 2023, while supplies last.
In this case, contact our customer service team so they can issue a refund. As our products are no longer available, an exchange of the product is unfortunately not possible.
We will stop selling in our workshops by June 20, 2023, while supplies last.
Please ask your local workshop or your coach which products are still available.
