Smoked chicken adds flavour without adding any Points, elevating chicken salad to something a bit special. The orange juice in the light dressing adds a subtle sweetness. There's a lot of jalapeño peppers in the mix, but because their heat can vary so, you might want to check how spicy the ones you got are before adding to the salad. Serve the salad spooned into lettuce cups or as a dip with carrots.
