An elegant starter for an alfresco gathering, this dish offers the irresistible combo of sweet and salty, fruity and meaty. Each peach wedge is topped with a basil or mint leaf and wrapped in a strip of prosciutto. As the bundles grill, the prosciutto gets crispy, and the peach turns amazingly juicy with a concentrated peach flavour. These bites are great warm from the grill as well as cooled off to room temperature—so there’s no pressure to serve them right away.
