Three simple ingredients—and no added sugar—come together for a refreshing sweet treat that will offer you relief on a hot, humid day. A splash of vanilla extract makes the combo of nonfat plain Greek yogurt and peaches taste sweeter, with a vibe bordering on ice cream. You can use any other fruit you like; strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries would be delicious. If the cubes are hard-frozen, let them sit at room temperature for 10 to 20 minutes to make them softer and easier to eat.

Ingredients
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 cup(s)
Unsweetened frozen peaches
¾ cup(s), sliced, thawed and chopped, or 3/4 cup chopped, peeled, fresh peaches, divided
Vanilla extract
½ tsp(s)
Instructions
1
In a blender, combine the yogurt, ½ cup peaches, and vanilla; blend until smooth, 20 to 30 seconds. Finely chop the remaining ¼ cup peaches and add to the blender; pulse until just combined.
2
Pour the mixture into a 14- to 16-capacity ice cube tray. Loosely cover and freeze until firm, about 1 ½ hours. Store in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
