Ingredients

Cilantro

Fresh parsley

Fresh lemon juice

Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)

1¼ pound(s), four 5 oz pieces

Cooked linguini

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. In a food processor, process all sauce ingredients until well-blended.
  3. Coat each chicken breast generously with sauce and place on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil. Bake until chicken is no longer pink in center, 20 minutes.
  4. Serve each breast with a heaping 3/4 cup linguine.
