Simple and delicious, this lovely French toast is prepared with almond milk and accented with cinnamon and vanilla.

WW White Bread

Raw egg
1 large
Plain unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup(s)
Sugar substitute
1 tsp(s)
Vanilla extract
¼ tsp(s)
Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp(s)
Table salt
1 pinch(es)
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
¼ cup(s)
Mixed berries
½ cup(s)
Sliced almonds
1 tbsp(s), toasted
Instructions

Whisk together egg, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.

Heat nonstick pan over medium heat; coat with cooking spray. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture until well coated; cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.

Top French toast with dollop of yogurt, berries and almonds.
