Plain unsweetened almond milk
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 tbsp(s), toasted
- Whisk together egg, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
- Heat nonstick pan over medium heat; coat with cooking spray. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture until well coated; cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Top French toast with dollop of yogurt, berries and almonds.
- Serving size: 2 slices of French toast
