Simple and delicious, this lovely French toast is prepared with almond milk and accented with cinnamon and vanilla.

Plain unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup(s)

Sugar substitute

Vanilla extract

Ground cinnamon

  1. Whisk together egg, almond milk, sweetener, vanilla, cinnamon and salt.
  2. Heat nonstick pan over medium heat; coat with cooking spray. Dip each slice of bread in egg mixture until well coated; cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
  3. Top French toast with dollop of yogurt, berries and almonds.
  4. Serving size: 2 slices of French toast
