Turn egg bites into breakfast slider sandwiches with this tasty egg, ham, and cheese combo. Don't eat pork? Swap in cooked crisp turkey or vegetarian bacon in its place. Want a gluten-free option? Ditch the roll and wrap the ingredients up in corn tortillas. Want a protein boost? Stack two egg bites on each roll or make them open-face with two egg bites per serving (any changes may impact Point values).

  1. Preheat DASH Egg Bite Maker for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, beat eggs in a small bowl; season with a pinch of salt and pepper (optional).
  2. Fill 1 DASH silicone cup with water and pour into Egg Bite Maker; place all 4 silicone cups in Egg Bite Maker. Divide egg mixture among silicone cups. Cover; let stand until cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Place 1 Tbsp of cheese on each slider bun bottom; top each with an egg bite, and a folded piece of Canadian bacon. Enjoy as is or bake a few minutes to heat through and melt cheese.
  4. Serving size: 1 slider.
