Chocolate sauce isn't just for ice cream, and this sweet and spicy sauce is here to prove it. It's an easy sauce to put together, too. Just melt chocolate, season it with chipotle, cumin, and a dash of Worcestershire, then sweeten with sugar and applesauce and you’ve got a sauce with a lot of personality. Store any leftover chipotles in the freezer. Try the sauce drizzled over grilled shrimp or scallops. You can make this sauce ahead of time and keep refrigerated up to a week.
