Calling all balsamic lovers! Start by reducing balsamic vinegar with a stick of cinnamon to gently infuse it as it simmers away. Then add cocoa powder, a little sugar, and a splash of vanilla and you have a flavourful chocolate sauce with a slight tang. Try this sauce drizzled over berries or a plate of panna cotta, or how about a dish of panna cotta topped with berries and drizzled with this tasty sauce!

Ingredients

Balsamic vinegar

8 oz

Cinnamon sticks

1 item(s)

Unsweetened dark cocoa powder

2 tbsp(s)

Sugar

1 tsp(s)

Vanilla extract
