Combine sour cream and salsa in a small bowl; set aside. Drizzle lime juice over one end of each cucumber wedge and dust that end with cumin. Dip wedges in creamy salsa. (INGREDIENT SWAP OPTION: Substitute cayenne pepper for the cumin if you really want to turn up the heat.)
