Prepare ravioli according to package directions. Cover with sauce and cheese. Heat oil in a nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray over medium-heat. Sauté shallots and garlic until tender. Add mushrooms and oregano and season to taste. Stir and sauté until mushrooms are browned. Serve ravioli with mushrooms and breadsticks on the side.
