What should I do if I lose my access code or if it's invalid when I sign up?
If you have any issues with the code you were given, please contact the WW employee who referred you.
Where do I enter my access code?
Click here to enter your code. You will then be displayed with the WW plan options available to you.
Will I be charged for this program?
Your initial term of signup will be at no cost. You will be asked to enter your payment details upfront. Once the initial term ends, you will be automatically enrolled in our monthly recurring membership option at the standard monthly price. This will prevent your access from ending. You can cancel at any time. Please refer to the terms and conditions presented to you during the signup process.
Can I switch to this program if I already have a WW account?
If you have an inactive account, please select the option to login during the sign-up process instead or creating a new account.
If you already have an active membership with us and would like to switch, please contact Customer Service.

Terms and Conditions
*Enjoy the benefits of WW free for your initial term. Plans automatically renew at the end of the applicable plan period, and you will be automatically updated to our recurring monthly plan and our monthly fee will be charged to your nominated account each month until you cancel your membership. Refer to our full Subscription Agreement and Cancellation and Refunds Policy which apply to all plans.
