December is a tough month when it comes to eating well. Between the parties, holiday cookies and feasts, it can be hard for a food lover to stay on Plan. So it’s no surprise that my holiday strategy involves delicious stir-fries. This month I’m looking to seasonal ingredients and bold flavors that add zing to mealtime celebrations.
