Ingredients

  • 3 oz cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)
  • 1/4 cup(s) canned tomato sauce with herbs
  • 2 Tbsp shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup(s) cooked whole-wheat spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp basil
  • 1 cup(s) arugula (baby variety)
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh tomato(es) (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup(s) uncooked onion(s) (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup(s) uncooked carrot(s) (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup(s) grapes (seedless; halved)
  • 2 Tbsp low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing

Instructions
Top chicken with tomato sauce and cheese; heat until warmed through and cheese melts. Enjoy with spaghetti sprinkled with fresh basil, and vegetables and grapes tossed with vinaigrette.
