Now that there are so many delicious, satisfying choices that are zero Points® foods (more than 200!) , you have a little more wiggle room when it comes to using your SmartPoints Budget. Here are some of our editors’ faves on WW FreestyleTM:

 

When you want something savory…

 

  • Guacamole at a Mexican restaurant (1/4 c for 3 SP)

  • Center-cut bacon with my eggs (3 slices for 2 SP)

  • Beer at Happy Hour (12 fl oz for 5 SP)

  • Cashews in my stir-fry (9 nuts for 3 SP)

  • Full-fat salted peanut butter with my apple slices (1 Tbsp for 3 SP)

  • Seasoned croutons on my salad (1/2 c for 3 SP)

  • Tortilla chips with salsa (7 chips for 2 SP)

  • Fast food French fries (1 small order for 7 SP)

  • Buttered popcorn at the movies (2 c for 5 SP)

  • Avocado, mashed with lime juice and salt, served over eggs (1/2 medium avocado for 5 SP)

  • Fast-food hot fudge ice cream sundae (1 item for 15 SP)

  • Granola sprinkled on my light frozen yogurt with fresh blueberries (2 Tbsp for 2 SP)

  • Melted semisweet chocolate drizzled over strawberries (1 Tbsp before melting for 3 SP)

  • A glass of dry dessert wine (3 ½ fl oz for 5 SP)
