Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) (chopped) lettuce
- 1/2 cup(s) fresh tomato(es) (sliced)
- 1/2 cup(s) cucumber(s) (sliced)
- 2 oz cooked turkey breast without skin (sliced)
- 1/3 cup(s) low-fat Swiss cheese (chopped)
- 1 item(s) whole hard boiled egg(s) (sliced)
- 6 Tbsp seasoned croutons
- 2 Tbsp low-fat vinaigrette salad dressing
Instructions
Combine lettuce, tomato, cucumber, turkey, cheese and egg on a plate; top with croutons and drizzle with vinaigrette.
