Who said pizza was just for lunch or dinner? With a simple topping of bacon, tomato and melted cheese, you can enjoy it any time you please!

Ingredients

Tomato pasta sauce

cup(s), (80ml)

Wholemeal pita bread

184 g, (4 x 46g pita breads)

Hans 98% Fat Free Short Cut Bacon

4 slice(s)

Tomato(es)

2 medium, (roma), thickly sliced

Reduced-fat 15% cheddar cheese

40 g

Baby spinach leaves

½ cup(s)

Oil spray

1 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C or 180°C fan-forced. Lightly spray a large baking tray with oil. Place pita breads on prepared tray and spread with pasta sauce. Top with bacon and tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is golden and bases are crisp.
  2. Cut each pizza into quarters. Serve topped with spinach leaves.
