Strawberry and rose ice-cream

This 5 ingredient dessert has beautiful Middle-Eastern flavours of rose pistachio and almonds
Reduced fat vanilla ice cream
½ tsp, (rose water)
10 g, chopped
4 individual, (20g), biscuits, to serve
- Place the strawberries in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped.
- Place the ice-cream, strawberry and rose water in a large bowl and stir until combined. Spoon into an airtight container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm.
- Top with the pistachio and serve with the almond bread biscuits.
Very Berry: For a change, try using frozen mixed berries or raspberries instead of strawberries.
