Prepared in advance and stored in the fridge, creamy overnight oats are a great option for an easy and delicious breakfast.

Ingredients

Skim milk

cup(s), (80ml)

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

¼ cup(s), (60g)

Vanilla bean paste

¼ tsp

Quick oats

½ cup(s), (45g)

Fresh berries

¼ cup(s), (40g) mixed variety

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla and oats in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or reusable container. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Serve topped with berries.

Notes

COOK'S TIP: You can use thawed frozen berries instead of fresh berries, or serve topped with any chopped seasonal fruit of your choice. TO REFRIGERATE: Store in a reusable container for up to 2 days.
