Start your day with a burst of fruity flavours with our mixed berry overnight oats recipe. This easy and delicious breakfast only takes 5 minutes to prepare and can be stored in the fridge overnight for a hassle-free morning meal. Made with quick oats, skim milk, ZeroPoint yoghurt, and a dash of vanilla bean paste, this creamy and nutritious dish is topped with a mix of fresh and juicy berries. You can even substitute the berries with any seasonal fruit of your choice.

Ingredients

Skim milk

cup(s), (80ml)

99% fat-free, plain or natural yoghurt, unsweetened

¼ cup(s), (60g)

Vanilla bean paste

¼ tsp

Quick oats

½ cup(s), (45g)

Fresh berries

¼ cup(s), (40g) mixed variety

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla and oats in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or reusable container. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Serve topped with berries.

Notes

You can use thawed frozen berries instead of fresh berries, or serve topped with any chopped seasonal fruit of your choice. Store in a reusable container for up to 2 days.
