Ingredients

skim milk

cup(s), (80ml)

99% fat-free plain yoghurt

¼ cup(s), (60g)

vanilla bean paste

¼ tsp

quick oats

45 g, 1 sachet

fresh berries

¼ cup(s), (40g) mixed variety, to serve

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, yoghurt, vanilla and porridge in a medium bowl. Spoon mixture into a 1¼-cup (310ml) capacity jar, glass or airtight container. Cover and place in fridge overnight. Top with berries to serve.

Notes

TIPS: Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. You can use thawed frozen berries instead of fresh berries. VARIATION: Swap mixed berries for ¼ mango (chopped).
