Double chocolate mug muffin
1 medium, mashed
Dry rolled oats
20 g, quick variety
1 medium, lightly beaten
Vanilla bean extract, alcohol free
2 individual, pitted, roughly chopped
WW Chocolate Minis, Belgian Dark
99% fat-free plain yoghurt
1 tbs, to serve
2 individual, to serve
- Place banana oats, egg, vanilla and dates into a 300ml-capacity microwave safe mug or bowl and stir to combine.
- Press WW Belgian Dark Chocolate Mini halfway into middle of the mixture. Clean inside edge of mug with paper towel.
- Microwave, uncovered, on High (100%) for 2 minutes or until your cake starts to come away from the side and top is just firm. Serve topped with yoghurt and strawberries.
