Spinach, tomato and cream cheese bagel
Cream cheese with bagels and spinach with tomatoes - two classic combinations that make a winning team in this super-fast brekkie.
½ bunch(es), (washed, trimmed)
1 individual, (1 x poppy seed bagel, halved)
Light cream cheese
6 individual, halved
- Wash spinach well in water, then place in a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Toss lightly for 30 seconds or until spinach is just wilted.
- Toast bagel and spread cut sides with cream cheese. Top each half with the wilted spinach and cherry tomatoes.
Take tomatoes out of the fridge 10 minutes before serving as they will have more flavour at room temperature.
