Salted chocolate peanut bark

200 g, chopped, melted
Bar, snack or breakfast style, cereal and nut
40 g, (2x20g bars) chocolate flavoured, chopped
2 tbs, chopped
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Working quickly, thinly spread dark chocolate over tray to form a 30cm x 22cm rectangle. Scatter with the chocolate bar, peanuts and pinch of sea salt. Refrigerate for 5 minutes or until set. Break into pieces to serve.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Low-fat, no added sugar ice cream TIPS: • To melt chocolate, place the pieces in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave on High (100%) in 20 second bursts. Stir between bursts until smooth and melted. You can use hazelnuts or almonds instead of peanuts.
