Roasted cauliflower and broccoli with bacon crumble
What a great way to serve veg! Crunchy pine nuts, crispy bacon and roasted veg create a mouth-watering side dish.
350 g, trimmed and cut into large florets
500 g, trimmed and cut into florets
Dried chilli flakes
1 medium, thinly sliced
1 x 3 second spray(s)
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper. Arrange vegetables in a single layer on the prepared tray and sprinkle with chilli flakes. Lightly spray with oil and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
- Meanwhile, lightly spray an oven tray with oil. Arrange bacon in a single layer. Spray bacon with oil. Bake for 10 minutes, turning once during cooking, until crisp and well browned. Transfer to a board. Cool slightly. Chop into fine crumbs.
- Sprinkle the bacon and pine nuts over the vegetables to serve.
