Roast beef and caramelised onion roll
1 tbs, mashed
½ medium, thinly sliced
multigrain bread roll
½ cup(s), (30g)
deli-sliced roast beef
1 medium, thinly sliced
- Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over low heat. Add onion and cook, stirring occasionally, for 8–10 minutes or until very soft and caramelised.
- Cut roll in half and spread bottom half with avocado. Top with lettuce, tomato, beef and caramelised onion. Serve.
