Oat, chia and fruit pots
Dry rolled oats
½ cup(s), (45g)
1 tbs, black
LSA seed mix (linseed, sunflower, almond)
1 tbs, (see tip)
½ cup(s), (125ml)
99% fat-free plain natural yoghurt
⅔ cup(s), (160g)
2 medium, halved
- Place oats, chia seeds and LSA in a heat-proof medium bowl. Pour over ⅔ cup (160ml) boiling water and set aside for 5 minutes or until water has absorbed.
- Stir in milk and set aside for a further 5 minutes or until milk has absorbed.
- Spoon mixture evenly into 2 x 1-cup (250ml) capacity serving glasses. Top evenly with yoghurt, passionfruit pulp and blueberries to serve.
