Noodle soup lunch jar
vermicelli rice noodles
Skinless chicken breast, grilled or barbecued
50 g, shredded
fresh mixed vegetables
75 g, superfood stir-fry variety
vegetable stock cube
1 tsp, or stock powder, gluten-free variety
green curry paste
- Place rice noodles into a 1L (4-cup) capacity jar, breaking them so they fit.
- Add shredded chicken breast. Cover with vegetables. Add stock and paste. Close jar and chill until required.
- When ready to serve, add 1¾ cups (435ml) boiling water. Stir well, then cover and set aside for 5 minutes before eating.
