Can’t decide between nachos and pizza? Then combine the best of both dishes in this tasty fast food alternative.

Ingredients

Wholemeal pita bread

46 g, (1 x 46g round)

Tomato paste

1 tbs

Canned refried beans

¼ cup(s), (60g)

97% fat-free deli sliced ham

50 g

Red capsicum

¼ medium, thinly sliced

Grated light tasty cheese

¼ cup(s), (30g)

Rocket

½ cup(s), baby leaves, (15g)

Tomato-based salsa

1 tbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place pita on a baking tray.
  2. Spread pita with tomato paste. Top with beans, ham, capsicum and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden and the base is crisp.
  3. Cut pizza in half. Serve topped with rocket and salsa.
