Cinnamon, plum and vanilla yogurt compote
¼ cup(s), (55g)
8 large, stone removed, quatered
Nestle Soleil Yoghurt, Vanilla
¼ cup(s), coarsely chopped
- In a medium saucepan, add sugar and ½ cup water. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
- Grate 1 teaspoon orange zest. Remove skin and pith and cut into segments. Add zest, cinnamon and plums to pan. Bring to boil, reduce to low, and cook, covered, for 2-3 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Spoon compote into tumblers. Serve topped with NESTLÉ DIET Vanilla Yoghurt, orange segments and walnuts.
