Multigrain bread

Extra light cheddar cheese

1 slice(s)

97% fat free bacon

2 slice(s)

Oil spray

2 x 3 second spray(s)

Instructions

  1. From 1 slice of bread, cut out a 5-cm diameter circle. Lightly spray bread slices with oil spray.
  2. Lightly spray a small non-stick frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Add both bread slices and cook for 3 -5 minutes, until golden brown on one side. Remove the slice of bread without the hole.
  3. Flip the remaining slice of bread in the pan. Crack egg into the hole in bread. Season the egg with salt and pepper. Cover the and cook for 5 - 6 minutes, until egg white is set.
  4. Place cheese on top of egg and top with bacon. Place remaining slice of bread on top, toasted side down. Flip entire sandwich over and cook 3 - 4 minutes, until bottom is toasted and cheese is melted. Serve immediately.
