Transform a simple bowl of berries into a taste sensation with ricotta, orange zest and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

Low-fat ricotta cheese

1 cup(s), (260g)

Orange zest

2 tsp, finely grated

Fresh blueberries

700 g

Balsamic glaze

2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Process ricotta cheese and orange rind in a small food processor until smooth.
  2. Divide blueberries between 4 dishes. Top with ricotta mixture and drizzle with balsamic glaze to serve.
