Mix up this muesli the night before so you only need to add the fresh fruit and seeds when you wake up.

Ingredients

dry rolled oats

cup(s), (60g)

apple juice no added sugar

cup(s), (160ml), unsweetened

99% fat-free plain natural yoghurt

½ cup(s), (120g)

apple

1 medium, peeled, finely chopped

sunflower seeds

2 tsp

fresh blueberries

½ cup(s), (80g)

Instructions

  1. Place the oats, juice and yogurt in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Add the apple and stir to combine. Serve the bircher muesli topped with sunflower seeds and blueberries.

Notes

This muesli will keep, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Be sure to use traditional rolled oats and not instant oats as instant oats are more processed and not as filling.
